1. Using BS365

These terms cover the BS365 app and related online features. Use the service lawfully and only if you can enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you. BS365 is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority, involve a parent or guardian as required by law.

2. Fitness information

BS365 supports fitness tracking and general wellbeing. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease. Readiness scores, calorie values, exercise suggestions and AI-assisted results can be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace professional advice.

Choose activities appropriate for your condition. Ask a qualified professional when you are unsure whether an activity is suitable, and stop exercising if you feel pain or unwell. No particular health, weight or fitness outcome is guaranteed.

3. Accounts and data

Core features can be used without an account. Online features require connectivity and, where indicated, an account. Protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for content you add and for having permission to use it.

Keep copies of information important to you. Synchronization and restoration may be delayed or fail; deleting the app may remove local information. Our Privacy Policy explains account storage, permissions, restoration and deletion requests. Signing out is not account deletion.

4. Your content and permitted use

You retain ownership of your entries and photos. You permit BS365 to store, process and transmit them only as needed to provide the service and carry out your choices. This permission does not make private progress photos public or give us advertising rights to them.

Do not upload unlawful content, violate others’ privacy or rights, distribute malware, misuse accounts, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

5. App content and external services

The software, design, training materials and other service content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use them for your personal use of BS365, subject to applicable law; no ownership is transferred.

Apple services and external food or AI providers operate under their own terms. Food information and external results may contain errors. Check labels and source information when accuracy matters.

6. Availability and responsibility

We may improve, change or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service useful but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results or recovery of every record.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence.

7. Changes and contact

The date above identifies this version. We will publish updates on this page and use appropriate notice for material changes. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law protects.
